Formally Vice President of Corporate Events for The Jefferson Smurfit Group plc. Helen has extensive expertise with in excess of thirty years experience in the Conference & Event Industry, Helen set up her own company in 2003 providing turnkey management for conferences, meetings, sponsorship, special events on a national and international basis.

Based in Donnybrook, Dublin, Helen provides a dedicated, knowledgeable and committed service and has worked on many high profile events including the Ryder Cup, European Open, Smurfit Irish PGA Championship, Jefferson Smurfit Memorial Irish St. Leger and the Cheltenham Festival. She has organised large scale conferences in cities such as Vienna, Rome, Amsterdam, Madrid and Paris. Other significant events include the staging of  shows with Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Michael Ball and Burt Bacharach during the boom years.

This experience has gained her the trust of top VIPs/ Royalty and recently was appointed by the Consul of Monaco to organise the return hospitality for His Excellency Prince Albert of Monaco II to Ireland.

Helen is also highly regarded for the creative and innovative flair she brings to an event. She gives it 110% and covers all aspects including guest lists and the personalised invitations, theming, flower arrangements etc. Her work ethic is fuelled with enthusiasm and is totally dedicated to each event.

Helen believes one of the most important elements in her business is contacts and she has built up a great ‘little black book’ over the years.   

Helen has served on a number of Boards and is a past Director of the Smurfit European Open and The Irish Museum of Modern Art.  She has been involved in a number of Charities and currently, is a Board Director of the Rutland Centre .  She also served as Chairwoman of the Institute of Travel Managers.

Helen loves her early morning walks as part of her fitness regime. She also enjoys the occasional game of golf, good food, nice company and the odd soap!
